I wonder why you didn’t IP this, maybe because you’re using pre-cooked chicken? I going to use skinless and boneless thighs, add mushrooms for more nutrition, hp for 5 mins and natural release, then put in oven to brown and serve with broccoli and crispy bacon. What’s not to love 🙂

one of the challenges of having two adults eating keto and a teenager who isn’t is finding good recipes for family meals. Chicken Cordon Bleu is a favorite, and this looks like a great take on it! Can’t wait to try it out!
