This is good. But it tastes more like eggs than bread. Understandably. Mine also came out under done and I let it cool in the oven as written (never opened it). It’s good enough to try a 2nd time. I’ll bake a bit longer. Probably my oven. For those looking for Psyllium husk powder at the grocery store. Look in the Metamucil aisle. Make sure to find no sugar and unflavored.

In reply to cindy. Cindy, Not all of them include instant yeast, but many do! It helps with a "bready" aroma, but you can omit the yeast if you prefer. :)
