These were really good! I used Veja-links by Worthington Foods. instead of beef hot dogs. They are only 1 carb per dog! Cut them in 4ths, but could’ve done halves. Very filling. Great with sugar free ketchup, too. Hubby liked them too.

In reply to Alex. Alex, Thanks so much for your comment! We haven't tried freezing these bites, but we think it could work. We would recommend freezing them in an airtight container layered between parchment paper and then thawing to room temperature before reheating in a toaster oven.

This recipe is awesome! I used a mix that made awful pancakes, and these turned out great!

This next batch I used mozzarella pearls in place of hot dogs; so good!
