I made a few changes. I didn’t use cream cheese, which I thought was unnecessary as there was already not only plenty of cheese going into this recipe, it would have made it way too heavy tasting in my opinion. So I subbed it for sour cream. It also called to dice the onion which also wasn’t necessary as it would be diced up with immersion blender, so I just chopped them roughly. I also pureed the cauliflower. Definitely a keeper and will be making again. Thanks for sharing
