If you can’t arrange a Keto meal on a daily basis you are spending your time wisely. And I do not have an InstaPot – I do have a brand new crock pot – never been used. My favorite appliance is the Air Fryer! It cooks chicken to perfection. Also, I have never spent any money on the Keto diet except on food. All these other expenses are a waste!
