Peaches do have less carbs than some per 100g, but they are very dense and the portion size might seem small compared to what you could get for 100g of coconut or berries.

Hi Angel,

Blueberries are still relatively low in carbs compared to other fruits. That’s why we included it in this list. It is on the higher side for berries though.
