Since this is a low carb meatloaf we omit those ingredients and instead use almond flour as a filler in our keto meatloaf.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_do_you_make_meatloaf_in_the_Instant_Pot\"><\/span><strong>How do you make meatloaf in the Instant Pot?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>First press \u201cSaut\u00e9\u201don your Instant Pot, and wait 2 minutes for the pot to heat up. Next add the<br \/>\nbutter and onion and cook until softened, about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Next stir in<br \/>\nthe spinach and garlic, and cook until the spinach is wilted, about 1 to 2 minutes, stirring<br \/>\nconstantly. Press \u201cCancel\u201d to stop saut\u00e9ing. Let the spinach mixture cool a bit.<\/p>\n<p>Next use your hands to mix together the ground meat, almond meal, mozzarella, parmesan, eggs,<br \/>\nWorcestershire, salt, black pepper, and cooled spinach mixture in a large bowl. Then lay 2 sheets of aluminum foil down onto the counter. Shape the meat mixture into a loaf and&nbsp;place it in the center of the foil. Next wrap the foil about 1 1\/2 inches up around the sides of the&nbsp;meatloaf so it has its own little tray.<\/p>\n<p>After that place a metal trivet into the inner chamber of pressure cooker. Add 1 cup of water to the inner pot. Next place the meatloaf on top of the trivet. Then turn the pot on Manual, High Pressure for 28 minutes and then do a quick release.&nbsp;Use tongs or potholders to carefully remove the meatloaf.
