We swapped the burger bun for lettuce and instantly reduced the carbs! No need to waste those precious carbs on a bun&#8230;unless it&#8217;s like your grandma&#8217;s secret homemade recipe and she only makes it once per year. Then we&#8217;d probably say go ahead and splurge. That&#8217;s my point of view anyway. Just make sure it doesn&#8217;t become an every day occurrence!<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t have a cast iron skillet, alternately you can cook the burgers on a grill.
