You can use store bought pulled beef (no sauce) or you can follow either of the cooking methods below to make shredded BBQ beef.<\/p>\n<p><strong>First<\/strong> add cooked shredded beef,&nbsp;sugar free BBQ sauce,&nbsp;salt and pepper&nbsp;to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook until warm&nbsp;throughout. This should take about 5 minutes. You can do this by using 2 fork or a hand mixer, whichever you prefer.<strong> Finally,<\/strong> add your <a href=\"https:\/\/theketoqueens.com\/sugar-free-bbq-sauce-recipe\/\"><strong>sugar free BBQ sauce<\/strong><\/a> and stir. Then transfer it to a serving platter.<\/p>\n<p>Sprinkle the scallion and minced red onion on top and serve.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"How_to_Make_Instant_Pot_BBQ_Beef\"><\/span><strong>How to Make Instant Pot BBQ Beef<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>First<\/strong>, you\u2019ll get a chuck roast and then pat the meat dry with paper towels and season on both sides with salt and black pepper. <strong>Next,<\/strong> turn the Instant Pot on to the \u201cSaut\u00e9\u201d function. Wait for it to heat up, then add the chuck roast.<\/p>\n<p>Let it sear on the first side, and then flip it and let it sear on the second side. Once seared, add water (or beef stock).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Next,<\/strong> secure the lid and turn the pot on to Manual, High Pressure. Once fully cooked, let it do a natural pressure release.
